Coach Kelin Clement is a Colorado native who has been active in sports her entire life. Upon making the varsity basketball team as a high school freshman, basketball became her passion and sport of choice. This past 22-23 season she was an assistant coach at Cal State San Marcos "CSUSM" (Division II), Assisting in all aspects of the program. The majority of her time was preparing the team as much as possible for each game by scouting and film breakdown. After high school Kelin played for Santa Barbara City College "SBCC ". During her time at SBCC, she was presented with the Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table Athlete of the Week during the 2001-2002 season at the Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table Thirty-Fifth Hall of Fame Banquet.

She set the California record in 2002 for hitting nine (9) consecutive 3-point shots in a collegiate game and was featured in the Denver Post and Santa Barbara News-Press. She transferred to the University of California State East Bay to play her junior-senior year of college basketball, there she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology.

Coach Clement took a position as the program manager at a nonprofit organization in Hayward, CA - leading the program for eight years. The Fall Prevention Program served over 600 Bay Area residents at seven different locations throughout Alameda County. Their evidence based program would focus on providing a strength, balance and fitness program for adults 65 and older to prevent falls.
She reconnected with basketball when moving back home to Denver in 2016. She was volunteering, assisting, training and head coaching basketball at the youth, high school and college level. Coach Clement's experience has taught her invaluable information and skills to coach the technical and tactical skills, but moreover Coach Clement focuses on the importance of the culture of the program and individual character growth to be just as significant to a successful team.
